Job description

Love Campers is a bespoke campervan builder based in Newhaven, East Sussex. We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.

The job is 40 hours per week, five days per week, based at our workshop in Newhaven, East Sussex. The hours are 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary offer is between £23,000 and £26,000 per year dependent on experience. We offer 28 days paid holiday as part of this package.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is well-organised and has good attention to detail.

The role includes the following:

– provide administrative support in the workshop: maintain accurate files of our build records, assist with our quality management records, assist with internal Human Resources records for example keeping track of holidays, manage the workshop calendar and schedule appointments for the team.
– answer phone calls
– maintain our inventory system and carry out ordering for our builds
– assist with sales admin: work with our CRM, respond to customers by email and phone, handle queries and complaints
– Provide customer care to visitors

– providing marketing related administrative support for example tagging photos, generating website and social media reports.

The skills and experience we are looking for include:

– customer care on phone and email

– strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

– ability to quickly pick up our CRM which is integrated into Gmail

– ability to quickly draft well-written and clear emails to customers and suppliers

– familiarity with Google Suite

– familiarity with basic use of WordPress, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
