Quality, safety and sustainability is at the heart of everything we do here at Love Campers, and we’ve known for long while that it’s vitally important to gain official accreditation to reflect the fact we hold these values.
And so, we embarked on the long and important journey of seeking ISO accreditation from globally recognised certification body, NQA.
Gaining accreditations in this way shows that we have fulfilled specific requirements for a Quality Management System that ensures consistency across the whole manufacturing process.
We’ve been busy behind the scenes on this for some time now, and are very proud to announce that we have now gained both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations.
What does having ISO 9001 mean?
An ISO 9001 certification is the internationally recognised standard for a comapany’s Quality Management System. It provides our customers with assurance that they will receive consistent, quality products and services from us.
Simply put, it’s a regulated system that builds and delivers a structure of continual improvement. This improvement is directly driven by our customers’ needs.
It involves creating numerous processes and procedures to streamline our campervan builds and customer journey.
What does having ISO 14001 mean?
On top of gaining our ISO 9001 accreditation, it was equally important for us to solidify our values and processes around sustainability, which is why we decided to also apply for ISO 14001.
ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an Environmental Management System.
It helps organisations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste. As a business which prides itself on our ethics and morals it was a certification that meant a lot to us.
What does this all mean for you, our clients?
All of this means that you can have peace of mind that you are receiving a premium campervan from an internationally certified manufacturer.
It makes us one of only a select few campervan manufacturers in the UK that has both of these accreditations. For a small, but fast growing, family business it’s been something that we can feel genuinely proud of.
