About the Role
Love Campers is recruiting a joiner / cabinet-maker to join our busy workshop team. We are looking for an individual with proven joinery skills, with excellent attention to detail and with good design skills.
We are in particular looking for someone with experience of and enthusiasm for the following:
- at least two years experience of first fix joinery and / or cabinet-making
- Solving design problems
- Working respectfully with a diverse team
Pay and conditions
This job is for 40 hours per week, 7am until 3 or 3.30pm, at our workshop in Newhaven. You will have 28 days paid holiday and a company pension. Pay is monthly, and the salary is between £25,000 and £29,000 pa depending upon experience. Please note we rarely offer overtime.

We would like to see some evidence of your existing work with your application. Photos or videos are ideal.
You will be working in our workshop in Newhaven which is open between 7am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. We will give you support and guidance in your work and as far as possible, and you will have your work showcased on our website and our social media channels.
We will provide you with all safety equipment and basic tools. Most of our joiners have also brought their own tools to the workshop.
