About the Role
Love Campers is recruiting a joiner / cabinet-maker to join our busy workshop team. We are looking for an individual with proven joinery skills, with excellent attention to detail and with good design skills.
We are in particular looking for someone with experience of and enthusiasm for the following:
- Second-fix carpentry, joinery and / or cabinet-making
- Solving design problems
- Working respectfully with a diverse team

We are open to applications from highly experienced individuals as well as people earlier in their career who have the skills and personal qualities to learn to the level required.
We would like to see some evidence of your existing work with your application. Photos or videos are ideal.
You will be working in our workshop in Newhaven which is open between 7am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. We will give you support and guidance in your work and as far as possible, and you will have your work showcased on our website and our social media channels.
We will provide you with all safety equipment and basic tools. Most of our joiners have also brought their own tools to the workshop.

Offer
Love Campers is an equal opportunities employer. After a probation period, all of our staff are offered a permanent contract with paid holiday, development opportunities and other benefits. The pay offer will be commensurate with experience and will likely be between £23,000 and £32,000 per annum.
