Why the Citroen e-Dispatch campervan?
The Citroen e-Dispatch is an incredible medium-sized electric vehicle which makes a wonderful campervan. We can fit a number of our designs into a Citroen e-Dispatch, Toyota Proace or other electric vans.
The e-Dispatch is extremely similar to three other electric vans on the market, the Peugeot e-Expert, Toyota Proace Electric and Vauxhall Vivaro-e. We can convert any of these and particularly recommend the Mandalay, Chamonix and Mandalay Max designs.
We recently converted an Citroën E-Dispatch with a pop top roof, rock and roll bed, fully functioning kitchen and much more. The cutting edge electric campervan was of the first of its kind to be built in the UK and was featured on Channel 5’s Million Pound Motorhomes, (Season 3 Episode 7).
Citroen describe the dimensions of the vehicle as “hugely practical for use in the city”, and because the battery is mounted below the floor, the load space is identical to that of the conventionally-powered Disptach.

A Custom Built Campervan
Customisation to meet your particular needs comes with the territory. All of our campers are designed and hand-built by us, to a precision level, and some of the designs feature our own rock & roll folding bed design. They are handmade with wood, and as many natural products as possible, which gives a lovely, relaxing experience for you inside the van.
We know how important it is to have the right finish in your campervan. The beauty of our approach is that you will have the option to either buy an “off the shelf” Camper, built by us and fitted out with extras we know come in handy, or to customise your van to your own taste and exact requirements. You will be able to choose the colour scheme, fabrics and wood finish. You can also decide what extras you would like in your van, for example, a portaloo, heating, or an off-grid solar power system.
We are on hand to advise you throughout the process, from helping you to choose the right base van through to well after you are off adventuring. Our camper vans come with a comprehensive 12 month European roadside assist warranty covering both the van and the campervan, as standard. This can be upgraded to up to three years (36 months).
Your van interior will include:
- Carpet or wood lining in a range of colours/styles
- Flooring by Forbo
- Upholstery fabric in a range of styles
- Black out curtains in a range of colours
- Solid wooden furniture and worktops fitted by skilled carpenters
